Editorial policy

THE CIPHER is the research desk — Bryan, Chad, and Greg. Chad files Official, the featured play, and the Ladder. Greg files Overseas and audits. Bryan publishes.

Official Pick: the primary published play when it meets the Official threshold; PASS is allowed.

Cipher Main: a separate research tape that may post even when Official passes. Official and Cipher are not automatically the same ticket at different sizing.

Ladder Challenge, Overnight/Overseas, and Lotto Round Robin are separately tracked. Historical records are not rewritten to force them into a new explanation.

Posted prices are preserved. Material updates are appended. We do not silently change a filed number after the fact.
